1. The service

Standout Tradesman provides AI-assisted quote and estimate generation tools for UK tradespeople. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be 18 or over to use this service. You must provide accurate information during signup and onboarding.

3. Acceptable use

You may use Standout Tradesman to generate professional quote and estimate documents for genuine business purposes. You may not use the service to generate fraudulent documents, impersonate another business, or circumvent the trial limits by creating multiple accounts.

4. AI-generated content

Quote documents are generated by AI using information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before sending it to customers. Standout Tradesman does not guarantee the accuracy of pricing estimates or materials specifications. Always verify figures before committing to a customer.

5. Subscription and billing

The paid plan is £19.99/month plus VAT, billed monthly. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds are issued for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

6. Trial

The free trial includes 3 quote outputs, watermarked with Standout Tradesman branding. No credit card is required to start a trial.

7. Data and customer information

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process your customers' personal data through our platform. By using Standout Tradesman you confirm you have appropriate consent or legitimate interest to provide customer details for quote generation purposes.

8. Intellectual property

The Standout Tradesman platform, including its design, code and AI prompts, is owned by Standout Tradesman Limited. Quote documents you generate belong to you.

9. Limitation of liability

Standout Tradesman is provided as-is. We are not liable for any losses arising from the use of AI-generated content, including incorrect pricing, missed scope items, or customer disputes arising from quote documents.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or are used fraudulently.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
